The first step is to reach out—we're excited to have a quick chat with you! If you're available on Monday March 31st and can spare an hour of your time, we encourage you to book a session. You won't regret it!

8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
9:45 AM - 10:45 AM

Please let us know your preferred time on March 31st, or if you have flexibility. Once we finalise a time that works for you, a 50% deposit invoice will be required to secure your session. The remaining balance will be due prior to the delivery of your final gallery.
2. PRE-PRODUCTION
Once we've locked in your session, the exciting part begins! We'll schedule a comprehensive strategy call with myself and my b-roll reels gal, Ioulia. This call is crucial as it allows us to:
- Get to know you better
- Understand your vision
- Explore your brand story
- Align our shot list with your branding and goals
After our in-depth discussion, we'll create a personalised mood board and shot list for your approval before the shoot day. This process ensures that we capture the essence of your brand and meet your specific needs.
We'll also cover important aspects to make you feel more prepared and confident for your session, including:
- Wardrobe suggestions tailored to your brand image
- Posing ideas to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera4
This pre-production phase is designed to make your photoshoot experience smooth and successful, resulting in images that truly represent you and your brand.
3. SHOOT DAY
It's totally natural to feel a little nervous if you're not used to being in front of the camera—but don't worry! We've got you covered. Our team will be here to guide you through the day, creating a relaxed and fun atmosphere with music and plenty of laughter.
Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before your scheduled shoot time. This buffer allows us to review your outfits, provide a pre-shoot confidence boost, and ensure a smooth, stress-free start to your session.
Punctuality is crucial. If you arrive late, your shoot time will be proportionally reduced. Arriving early helps you find convenient parking, locate the studio with ease, and take a moment to relax and prepare.
Our goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and enjoy the experience. We'll make sure you feel at ease, capture your authentic self, and create stunning images that truly represent you and your brand.
4. DELIVERY
All b-roll video footage will be delivered to you directly on the day of the shoot, with two convenient options: Google Drive transfer or AirDrop to your phone (if time permits).
Within 14 business days, you'll receive your proofing images, allowing you to select 10 images for professional, detailed editing. You will also receive the remaining gallery with basic edits and colour grading.
